Gas Detector Controller is a high-efficiency gas monitoring device specifically designed for large-scale industrial scenarios. It adopts a scientific modular design to achieve flexible configuration, with one management card capable of supporting up to 32 discrete-wired detectors and controlling a maximum of 8 channel cards simultaneously. Each channel card operates independently without mutual interference, effectively realizing real-time independent display of gas concentration values, allowing operators to grasp the gas status of each monitoring point at a glance. The management card is equipped with a high-definition TFT LCD display, which ensures clear and intuitive data reading even in complex industrial environments. It fully supports 4-20mA 2/3/4 wire detectors, compatible with multiple detector combinations, and allows independent parameter setting for each detector to meet diverse monitoring needs. Built-in RS485 ports support various mainstream communication protocols, facilitating seamless connection with the upper monitoring system.
